NVDA has a Keyboard Help mode, just like JAWS. It is invoked using the same Insert + NumberRow 1 key-command.

NVDA groups web pages in to elements. NVDA Key plus F7 brings up these elements. In the elements dialogue, there is a group of radio buttons. Press alt K to bring up links. Press alt H to bring up a list of headings. Press alt D to bring up a list of landmarks. Press alt B to bring up a list of buttons and press alt F to bring up a list of form fields. Then tab to the list and activate the desired element.
Hope this is the information you need.

Others have answered the immediate question - press NVDA+F7 to open the elements list, just like in Jaws. Note that while Jaws uses NVDA+F6 and other keystrokes to open a list of form fields and headings, NVDA combines these into one dialog. The other thing I was going to mention was that there is a guide on Switching from Jaws to NVDA which might answer a lot of the "I can do this in Jaws, how does it work with NVDA?" type questions: https://github.com/nvaccess/nvda-community/wiki/SwitchingFromJawsToNVDA Kind regards Quentin.
