It's some kind of html one. To close it I've to press ctrl F4. Then if I go back into the inbox I can access the email as before - enter, read with arrows, press escape to close it. Has there been a recent change to Outlook, or have I inadvertently changed the settings? Thanks. Gordon McFarlane

Do you know the version of Outlook you are using? JAWS+CTRL+v twice will put this in the virtual buffer to copy and paste.
Is the window blank and do you hear something talking about about:blank when this window appears?
