Under edge you can stop java script from loading. Should you allow java script? Seems as though I have heard java script is a thing of the past.

I'm not sure where you got that idea, but JavaScript is being widely used by almost every website that exists. I don't have the figures, so did a web search, and according to these stats, "JavaScript is used ... by 97.0% of all the websites." Sites like Facebook, Netflix, and Youtube all use JavaScript, and disabling it would make these site practically nonfunctional. Timothy

Hi, Don. I believe you are confusing java script with Oracle's Java application for browsers. The two are totally different, and most modern browsers don't need Oracle's Java app.
