facing strange issue on the windows 10 settings pannel.
writeatme.shankarsai@...
Dear group members, I’m shankar from India. Recently I got the brand new dell laptop from my office and, after installing the jaws, when I go to the settings panel and pressing left/right arrow keys, screen reader is not reading the options. The device running the OS Build 19042.546 and jaws 2020 august updates. Hope someone will suggest me the fix.

Hi, thank you so much for your prompt and quick response, once opening the settings window, tried with tab and arro navigation, but, nothing worked out. Facing this problem only with the jaws, but, I can able to navigate without any issues using the n v d a.

I experience the same navigational behavior in the Settings dialog, regardless of which screen reader I am running. - Brad -

I'm sure it's been tried, but just to throw it out
there, has making sure that the screen is maximized been tried?

I just downloaded the 6 Rar files. Could someone please send me
the official link to the page of WinRar? I screwed up a PC from
Computers for the blind by grabbing WinRar from the wrong place.
Woops should've gone to the link above the 1 I had gone to. So I
don't want to take that chance and get that add virus called PC
Obtimiser Pro again. Especially not on my new Dell XPS 8940.
