As of this moment the Insiders subgroup has officially entered Redstone 3 development phase. Before announcing what’s up, a few things:
For those on stable build (14393 or 15063): don’t worry about build 16170.
If you are a fast ring Insider and using Narrator, do NOT upgrade to build 16170 unless if you must.
