Adam, Since you already successfully got to the wizard, try doing this. Keep pressing the TAB key until you get to the top of the wizard, which are two tabs, it's right after the ok and cancel buttons

How to get out of History window in Google Chrome
Dennis, I just ran into that history tab dead end. Pressing the ALT key and tapping the left arrow key closed it and put me back to the last tab I was viewing. HTH, Blaster
