Hi Rosemarie, Unfortunately a Jaws repair did not fix the problem so will attempt an uninstall and reinstall later today. Cheers Tom

Hi, Yes, I do own a registered copy of the latest version of Jaws. A scan of the system has been done with both Defender and the Microsoft Malicious File Removal Tool and both scans have come up clean
