Yes the KB works fine without the software, it’s only for the backlighting which can be changed to an array of colors for those who have sight to appreciate it. what I’m miffed at is

Yes, just turn off your wireless via the settings.

Although it is simple to take the system off line when connected by a cable by means of an RJ45 switch, is it possible to take the computer off line when connected by WIFI?

I use a Logitech HD USB webcam. I can’t remember the model number, but I’ve had it for a few years and it works very well with Zoom.
It is Plug-n-Play, and no drivers were needed.

search for corsair k60 or corsair and you should be fine. then read the description of the switches. I bought mine at best buy, but amazon has it and other stores. Be prepared to spend about 120

I forgot if you have sight but if you do, can you tell me if there are written instructions on how to use the ICue software so I can map out colors on the keyboard? I have the K60 SE Pro

Thanks, so the keyboard switch is actually a function of that keyboard. Good to know and will look at my newer keyboards to see if they have that feature.

I cannot, each keyboard model will be different. however for example I can use fn f10 to go from usb to wifi, or usb to bt (bluetooth) and fn f9 to go to the wifi device i have attached and same key
