Disabling the touch screen may could be done in the EFI setup, but you'd have to get someone sighted to help you with that as there is no speech at that point.
As for turning off the monitor, try

Hi,
one Drive is a folder on your computer if you have Windows 8.1 or Windows 10. You can put anything in this One Drive folder just like any other folder on your computer like Documents, for example.
