Recently when pressing enter on a standard outlook email it seems to bring up the email in a window that’s not easily readable for jaws. It’s some kind of html one. To close it I’ve to press ctrl F4. Then if I go back into the inbox I can access the email as before – enter, read with arrows, press escape to close it.
Has there been a recent change to Outlook, or have I inadvertently changed the settings?
