Once WinPE starts, wait 15 to 20 seconds (or more), then press
Control+Windows+ENTER. As stated before, this will make its
debut as part of
Creators Update.

Does anyone know how the ability to launch narrator from a Win PE
environment works? Is it using some kind of generic sound driver to do this?
